Valif 20 mg is an oral therapy for the treatment of erectile dysfunction or ED in adult men. It contains Vardenafil, which helps a man to achieve and keep an erection when sexually aroused. It cures ED and increases a man’s sexual desire. ED is a dysfunction where the penis does not erect when a man is sexually excited. When a man is sexually aroused, his body’s normal response increases blood flow to his reproductive organ, resulting in an erection. Vardenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor known to help ED men get an erection satisfactory for intercourse.
Take Valif 20 mg exactly in the same way as your doctor prescribes. Do not take more than once daily; the dose should be taken at least 24 hours apart. Some men may only take a low dose of Vardenafil because of certain medical conditions or medications they take. Your doctor will prescribe a dose that is suitable for you. If you are older than 65 years and have liver problems, consult your doctor. If you have a prostate disease or high blood pressure to take alpha-blockers, your doctor may start you on a lower dose. Let your doctor know if your doctor knows if you take certain other medicines, your doctor may prescribe a lower dose of Vardenafil. Take one tablet for about sixty minutes of sexual activity. Sexual stimulation is needed for an erection to happen with the Valif tablet. One may take with or without meals. Do not increase or decrease the dose of Vardenafil without speaking to your doctor.
Do not take Valif 20 mg if you take medicines called nitrates, commonly used to treat angina (chest pain). Nitrate medicines, including nitroglycerin found in medicines such as isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate. Do not use this drug if you are allergic to Vardenafil or any other excipients of the drug. Before you take this vardenafil formulation, tell your doctor if you have heart problems, low blood pressure, a stroke, a seizure, liver problems, or kidney problems. Also, let your doctor know if you take itraconazole, ketoconazole, alpha-blockers, medicines to treat abnormal heartbeat, and other medications to treat ED.
The most common side effects with Valif 20 mg are headache, upset stomach, dizziness, back pain, flushing, indigestion, stuffy or runny nose. Call your doctor straight away if any side effect associated with the use of Vardenafil formulation bothers you or some that will not go away. Rarely, this ED drug would let you have an erection that will not go away. If you get an erection that lasts for more than four hours, get immediate medical help straight away. This condition is often referred to as priapism which, if not treated at the right time, can affect the ability to have erections. A very few users may experience vision changes, such as trouble identifying the difference between green and blue colours. Rarely a PDE5 inhibitor reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes in clinical trials. It is not possible to determine whether these adverse events are related directly to the ED medication. If you experience these problems, stop taking the drug and discuss it with your doctor.
