Good, but subsequent shopping cart a non-starter
Always high quality, great customer service and shipping (21 days on the last three orders, which is better than the one-month expectation). The issue arose when I went to buy more than two of one item, which triggered a rejection. Is this because you do not permit it, or is it to create a new order with accompanying shipping fee? The extras were for a family friend; we just abandoned the cart on that one. I believe an order should hold up to at least six items—after all, most items are not heavy/bulky. Thank you, RRx :-)
