2020 Review

It took a month to get my tret. When I first ordered, they explained due to Covid19 it would take about a week before the package shipped. Something about air mail isn't running as much. They said once it ships, it takes 5-6 days before DHL provides a tracking number to them. I received the tracking info around the time expected. I started receiving email updates once it was in the US. Communication was higher than expected. It stinks people are having issues getting their product but I don't think it's a RX pharmacy issue.

The customer service by phone was very good. The delivery, because of the Covid pandemic, caused the delivery to take a month. It was a long wait. The HCG product was delivered packaged well and working very effectively. Happy over all. This was my second time ordering from the company and I can say that they truly are Reliable!
