I purchased 2 items: Tazarotene and Hyrdoquinone Cream. Both for cell turnover (pores, wrinkles) and dark spots. no adverse reaction and I feel they are working it takes 3- 4 months. The Hydroquinone I believe you must not use for more than 4 months. its a bleaching product so need to use very sparingly.
