This is the first time I have ordered from this website. I have transferred the money for the products via wire transfer. According to my bank everything was done well and the money was simply transferred. However, Reliable just keeps claiming that they didn't have the money, that while the account number to which I transferred the money is the number they gave me! when I send an email I get the same response from customer service every time. Substantive questions are not answered. It takes at least a day before you get a response and based on the response it is clear that they have not read my email. I've probably lost my money now and won't get anything.
