Been waiting over 2 months for my order. I understand the emergency, but I have been put off with excuses and promices repetedly. The order never eve made it to DHL and yet they made a big show of how it was always "preparing" to do something. ENOUGH DAMMIT!

Scammed for $100+ And lost all my eyelashes again now

First order was fine took about five or six weeks to ship but at least it showed up second order made on 12/06/20 for $100+ made. Sent me fake tracking number. Four weeks go by,Realize the tracking number is fake, i write the company. We go back-and-forth for another week. Finally agree to *reship* the package, and they send me a USPS tracking number on 1/12/21 (Tell me to wait 3-5days for the tracking number to update) now today 1/24/21 Package still has not moved has not been shipped (label created only) I am absolutely furious I am not one to complain but this is so upsetting I’ve been completely ripped off company is completely BS and I’ve lost over $100 and my all my eyelashes are falling out again
