Pleased this time.

I was so pleased to receive my products in only a couple of weeks. The tracking and shipping info came pretty quickly this time. It was great. The packaging was taped securely. With the Covid 19 pandemic, I had some issues in the past with shipping delays and tracking communication as well as a damaged package. The customer service representatives returned my calls promptly about it, though.

Customer service needs improvement

Order took almost 3 months. Understandable because COVID has slowed shipping everywhere. Customer service is not responsive at all though. Happy with the product though, and would give them another chance.
