Good products- bad communication and slow shipping

The items finally arrive after ordering- but the communication process is lacking and it takes FOREVER for items to arrive. The tracking link is useless. While you can’t control the postal service you can communicate with customers more effectively.

This is my first time ordering, and I chosed this pharmacy given the reviews and recomendations in youtube. The client service where really kind and helpful during the process which can be very confusing at first. The product came in good condition, expiration date far enough. From all the creams I have tried tretinoin is the only one who seems to actually make a difference. While I didn't have any wrinkle (I'm in my late 20s) I could notice that with this product my skin seemed stronger and with the vitality it had 10 years ago. I recomend the product and the pharmacy.
