I’ve ordered from this company many times. I usually get my items sooner than expected. During the pandemic it took much longer as explained on their site. I called to inquire many times about the delay and the agent was always courteous and professional even when I was practically shouting. I eventually received my goods and I’ve ordered again since then and got my stuff sooner than expected as usual.
