I got my products in 4 weeks time. The order was packed as promised, no mistakes. I have been ordering from this company since 2019. They followed up on the phone with the status of the order and followed up with a phone call. However, I did not know that they changed their shipping policy which requires that USPS obtain a signature upon delivery. Our lazy USPS delivery person just put the tag in my mail box and did not call me on my security phone to inform me that the delivery at my door. So, now I know that USPS requires a signature and I will make other arrangements. With that said, I did get a call that the from your company that the delivery arrived so I went on the Post Office website to have the pkg redeliver to the actual post office for pick up. So that was the was the only inconvenience with my order. All else was great and the products are reorders that I trust the quality and such.
