They are very conscientious and although my bank wouldn't allow the transaction to go through, they called me several times trying to help. Finally, I changed from putting in my checking account number to putting a credit card, so I lost the 10% discount. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they did a test by taking 14 cents out and the charge came to $16 and change but they took out a rounded $17. I didn't want to bother calling to ask them, and their emails are no reply. But they did deliver so 3 stars it is.
