Delivery good, Customer Service bad

When I received the confirmation call I told them I wanted to cancel my order. The representative said they would cancel it. They didn't cancel, charged my credit card and shipped the order anyway. Considering it was shipped internationally, it was delivered within a reasonable time frame (2 weeks). However, it would have been nice if they honored my request to cancel the order.

I have been a loyal customer to reliablerx for over ten years. The prices are great, the service is helpful and if you take into consideration the deliveries are coming from india (and half the time, I blame our own U.S. customs) the speed of receiving my products is stellar. One time customs didn't allow my package through, and reliablerx quickly replaced it. I am thankful for this company and look forward to sending my business there for years to come. ~shannon in ohio
