I've placed quite a few orders to Reliable RX in the last few years (starting when Covid hit). I always get the exact product I expected, they communicate well as to the status of the order, and I've never needed to talk to a representative as all orders have gone through with no issues. Shipping can take a few weeks since they are overseas from me, but its expected and never a problem. I will continue to get products from them as they have gained my trust.
