Great customer service
Great customer service. When, I initially placed my order w/ a Visa Gift Card, someone called to confirm my order. I assumed my gift card was accepted. So when I cked status of my order, it said pending - I thought order was being processed & shipped. After a few weeks, I cked status again & it still said pending. When I contacted Reliable via the online chat, I was told my Visa gift card was rejected. I was impressed someone contacted me to walk me thru in placing my order. However, my gift card was still denied so they recommended I pay by personal ck via E-Check which I did. I was happy to receive my order I think it took about 3 weeks. Later I cked my Visa gift card balance (the one I didn't use) & was surprised it showed a penny balance. Somehow, the Visa info was hacked. Now I'm filing a transaction dispute w/ Visa. Just be forewarned when using a gift card, it may be denied & info stolen. Otherwise, Reliable, I felt did their best to work w/ me. I would have rated a 5 star but because of my hacked gift card I rated a 4.
