Your processing overseas is fast and shipping as expected. I've used you for years and found consistency in both product and shipping. Your customer service is excellent even though I prefer speaking to a person who speaks clear English. Sometimes your E Indian employees are difficult to understand and we waiste time getting answers to my questions. But they are always curteous.
