Need email updates on order

Wasn't sure if the order was active as there were no email updates. That's the reason for 3 stars. Other than that, the order came and I am satisfied.

Everything was great except for the tracking number. It may not be the company's fault but I don't understand why they would issue a tracking number if it doesn't work properly. Products we awesome!
