I am waiting for a response to an email i sent as i have placed an order but made a mistake about payment. No response to my email and I have experienced this in the past as well. Phone calls are also not answered in a timely fashion and i end up calling and leaving another msg. So response is slow.

Great Product, Great Price!

Shipping info was a little wonky. Never did know where my package was at anytime. I did email them and they explained the issue was with the shipping company. Regardless, this should've been explained from the beginning. Other then that, no issues, product came just as expected.
