I have done 5 refills of the same prescription with ReliableRX so far. The first 4 went off without a hitch, but the 5th refill has been a train wreck. A couple of days after I placed the refill order, I noticed it hadn't shipped yet, which is not typical. When I contacted customer service, I was told they had experienced a catastrophic server failure and could no longer process credit card payments, and was instructed I would have to pay by e-check for the foreseeable future. Needless to say, I was wary, but proceeded anyway. More than a week later, they finally shipped my order. By the time it gets here, I will likely be 3-4 days delayed on my dosing schedule. I'm more than slightly frustrated, and I'm currently researching other options.
