My experience with Reliable Rx Pharmacy has always been excellent. Product, value of product, availability… excellent. However, the last two or three orders, I have noticed delivery of my order takes longer to arrive. At the height of the pandemic, delivery was faster. Thus, why my rating has gone from my usual excellent to very good. I will still remain a reliable customer.

So easy to deal with and great service

I have been ordering from Reliable Rx for a few years and have been really pleased with the customer service and product quality. (I tried to order from another online pharmacy recently when my meds were out of stock here, and there were so many problems I decided to just wait until what I wanted was available again. )

Reliable & great service

I’ve placed orders w/Reliable Rx for several years now & they are very reliable. The customer service is also consistently excellent & has been for years. Due to difficult circumstances unrelated to them—longtime, chronic problems w/local U.S. Postal Service delivery & issues preventing us from being able to sign for packages—Reliable Rx has arranged to ship my packages differently & has done so for years. These requests have probably required extra work, but they have graciously accommodated us & always respond very quickly. Excellent company. I wish the USPS were half as good.
