I ordered an item in February 16 2018…

I ordered an item in February 16 2018 In didn't get it till late January . It only took 4 days to go through customs . It took way too many days for the transaction & for reliable to ship my item . I used the product and it didn't work . I had used Same product from another company before and it did work Reliable is sending me a new item to their credit , to try . I hope it doesn't take so much time for them to ship it did last time. I hope my next review will be better. I would like a company to work with that I can trust .

I paid with a credit card

I paid with a credit card, and the hassle associated with that nearly made me lose confidence in this company. However, their customer service reps were so kind and responsive that I didn't give up. Eventually, I recieved what I'd ordered, and was ultimately glad I did business with ReliableRx Pharmacy.

the pharmacy delivered the product i ordered at the agreed upon cost. I didnt realize they were outside of the US. that made me a uneasy and the shipment much longer
