Fantastic service! I’m all the way in Australia, it did take a little longer than expected but hey, I’ve never ordered from India before. When I emailed I got an email right back. A couple of days later my package arrived. The products were fantastic! I never doubted I would get my package, and never felt nervous about putting my order in. In fact, I’m putting another order in this week.

Frustrating ordering and billing system, but fast delivery.

It was quite frustratingly difficult to place an order with ReliableRX, due mostly to the site being outside the US and having to get a phone call to verify I had made the order by credit card. Then there was the issue of the strange billing name on the credit card which caused my cc company to deny the charge. Also, the amount actually billed did not match the amount I paid online, so I was unable to verify that the charge was legitimate. Shipping, however was quite fast, and the product was exactly what I had ordered. It's just the ordering experience that puts me off ordering again.

Very good communication from placing…

Very good communication from placing order to delivery. My queries were answered very quickly and delivery was much quicker than I had anticipated. The placing an order section of the website could be a little easier to navigate.
