I am very happy with the product i recieved. Shipping time was average, I am in Hawaii. Customer service/online chat was excellent. It was easy & quick to access assistance re questions I had as this was my first time ordering from this company. I will order from them again & highly recommend this company.

Don't advertise to receive 10% of the amount, if paying with e-check, and you actually charge people the full price, saying, you don't know how I saw the 10% off of the price. That is false advertising.

Communication was extremely poor and it took way to long to get my products. No one contacted to keep me on my order and I had to initiate contact every time. I was honestly surprised i received by products at all. I thought i was scammed.

Very good price. Very nice people to deal with the Retin A with no pealing at all! I don’t know if that is good or bad. I will order a tube of 0.01 to see what happens.

The Retin A cream is very nice Except: It wasn’t yellow in color i as I thought it would be. I have been using 0.05 for six weeks 3 times a week I will order once more 0.1 to see how that works.
