Difficult payment process and extremely long time until received order

The product is fine, but payment process is hellish. When finally shipping your order long after they claim it was shipped, it still will take at least 2 weeks to arrive. My last order took 6 weeks from online order to the day I received.

I would give them 5 Stars for: (1) having the best pricing, (2) speed of delivery – considering the origination point being India, (3) quality of pharmaceuticals, and (4) ease of ordering difficult to obtain pharmaceuticals. Communication and security are the only things that stand in the way of top marks. No issues with security this order, but this time I phoned in my card details for the order.

I've ordered twice from them now

I've ordered twice from them now, first order no prob and I like the bpay option - no credit card info being shared. My second order did go missing, however their customer service people fixed the problem and it arrived quickly. I'm in Australia so was a bit leery about using these guys, but have been pleasantly surprised and saved a bomb
