Excellent products. Been ordering from for several years and no problems at all. Customer service is good but there exists somewhat of a language problem if English is your only language. They do their best though and will repeat until understood. It's not so much the language but the accent. I will continue to use for many items. Shipping to U.S. is generally 1-2 weeks. Payment by card usually results in your card company denying the purchase. Once you confirm it is a legitimate charge, which can be done through email, you return to Reliable and complete the purchase. Never a problem with fraudulent charges.
