The purchasing process is always so difficult. You don’t accept MC at face value so that was a time consuming experience. I usually use e-check but that was denied this time. So I may look elsewhere after being a customer for several years.

Have to plan ahead for ordering

Have to plan ahead for ordering. Can take 3 or more weeks for delivery. There is a period of time between payment and notice of shipping where it is difficult to get a status update, resulting in concern about if everything is in good order. A little better communication would make a big difference. The staff does respond within a day or two, but answers have been a little inconsistent.
