Credit card payment could be a little easier to many steps and waiting in between. But all in all when I emailed questions got responses quick.

The site was easy to navigate but the tracking of the product shipment was hard to follow. I only got one email saying it was shipped then one on the day it was to arrive, with no instructions on if I needed to sign for the shipment or would it be delivered to the mailbox. Since I had no contact until day of delivery I had to change my plans in order to be home for the shipment.
