09/06/17		STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!	Ordering from this company NEVER EVER goes smoothly. There always seems to be an issue with credit card processing-- probably because it is processed through a different business every time. With my last order, it was processed through a furniture store in Singapore! Additionally, even "expedited" shipping takes an entire month! They don't hesitate to charge your card immediately, but it takes WEEKS for your order to actually ship. My last order was placed on 8/2/17. It did not actually ship until two weeks later, and did not arrive until almost three weeks after that! When they do finally send you a tracking number a week after it allegedly ships, it's a recycled number from somebody else's shipment that doesn't update with your own information for at least several days after that. When you do try contacting customer service to complain, all they ever do is tell you to be patient. They do absolutely nothing to correct the issues. This is not a description of my last order experience. It is a description of EVERY ORDER EXPERIENCE I have ever had with them. ALSO-- THEY SHARE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION WITH EVERY OTHER ONLINE DRUG COMPANY OUT THERE. AS A RESULT, I AM CONSTANTLY GETTING SOLICITATION CALLS THROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM OTHER DRUG COMPANIES TRYING TO SELL ME VIAGRA!! It's a business phone number, so I am unable to change it. 03/12/19		I have been a customer for years	I have been a customer for years. When I placed a order today I was told I would have to provide a DL or Passport to pay via CC. I will not do this as I have always used a credit card with no problem. The rep was rude when I told him I would not be doing this. You have lost a customer. I can understand new orders but someone who has been with you for years. I will find another pharmacy to use for my meds.	See Details Edit Remove
05/29/19		slow and difficult to communicate with	take too long responding to emails and I have asked 4 times for paypal details but they ignore this although a popular international payment system. 12/10/19		Want your Driver’s License, for no legitimate reason	Yet again, they are demanding I send them a photo if my driver’s license in order to accept my credit card. They tell me each time “this is a one time request,” but it’s not. I want to use the exact same credit card and ship to the exact same address, and it’s my billing address, as last time. I refused to provide it last time too, but then they took the credit card anyway. There is no good business reason for me to give them a of my drivers license. They do not need that information, and no one should be giving that out especially to unknown third parties in a foreign country. They can see the shipping address is also my billing address, so it’s definitely me ordering and receiving the product. If someone is using my credit card, they can also take a of my license and send it, so there is no benefit to them other than having access to more of my personal information than they have a right to. Are they really telling me they have access to my State DMV database to check it’s a valid license? But someone else could have my license and send them the just as they could have my credit card (their stated fear), after all I keep them both in the same wallet so if it’s stolen the thief has it all. Like a thief would bother to order generic Latisse for $15! There’s no legitimate reason for them to ask for my license. Don’t do it!	See Details Edit Remove
10/31/18		Unable to pay with protected debit/credit card	Made an order for Tretinoin but when I wanted to pay with debit card it said I had to wait for an email/call to ask for the debit card number. I never received anything, so sent a message asking how to pay and received an email saying they can send me a link for a credit card number and would need a of my ID to prove I wanted to make the order. This rings a lot of alarm bells, especially with a lot of identity theft going on. I don't think my bank would reimburse me if they knew I had sent that if something went wrong with this site so I will not go through with the purchase.	See Details Edit Remove
09/18/17		No delivery, no refund. Money is gone...	I have placed an order and shortly after they told me that legally they cannot send to my country. I have offered then an alternative country address in Europe from a friend but again with the same negative result. So I have asked them to refund my money. Even though I did have some correspondence with a person called Kane initially I did never receive any money back. Finally, Kane did not answer any email anymore. Very disappointing. I did not experience any internet fraud in the last 15 years.	See Details Edit Remove
01/16/19			I just received my products in a very timely manner. I am starting a regiment of self care with the products I purchased. I have used these products or medications in the past but they are so expensive in the USA that I quit using them. Now I can reap the benefits again thru Reliable Rx. The products/medications are so much more affordable. I am grateful that I can pick up where I left off. I have stated this by my own free will. I will up date my use of products.
