06/15/19		I am not getting any service	I am not getting any service on my order. Trying to simply make a payment for the order. I have tried electronic check and using a visa. Had to give them my checking account number and still isn't working. Multiple phone calls and emails sent, still no reply that actually leads to the order being completed. Makes me wonder if they just wanted my account number and if the whole thing is a scam.	See Details Edit Remove

03/21/21		Horrible product experience.	The one tube of Treninoin .1% gel is gritty and has a yellow milky look to it. When I applied it to my face it was like rubbing sand into my skin, it stung horribly and started burning, very painful. I had to wash it off immediately, it continued to burn for several hours, I applied wet towels to my face to help stop the pain. I am not new to this product, I’ve used this brand and strength for many years and never had this reaction. I also bough 2 other tubes of lesser strength but they don’t seem to be working. 01/26/21		Never Received Order!	I have yet to receive my order from the middle of December, it is now the 4th week in January. I received an order placed 2 weeks AFTER this one and it arrived 2 weeks ago, yet when I have contacted customer service...twice, I get a cut and pasted response regarding delays due to Covid. The package stopped out of Country on Dec. 26th according to tracking and Has NOT moved since. Not acceptable.	See Details Edit Remove
