02/23/20		I ordered the product on the 5th of…	I ordered the product on the 5th of March, and still there is no tracking information available-I have the tracking number but when I plug it into the United States Post Office tracking it says it hasn't even left the original shipper. I realize that this might be because of the alleged pandemic. Some kind of follow up from you guys to give me an assessment of the situation would be very kind since I'm now crashing without my medication. How about it? Can you find out what's going on? 12/01/19		This is a good product but the packaging is not secure!	I love the Retin-a product it's fantastic and I've had no issues using it despite it's unusual condition when it arrived. That's my only gripe! The parcel seemed ok on the outside there were no marks/tears but I when I opened the box the lid of the tube was detached and some of the contents squeezed out. I am not sure how this could have happened. Perhaps if you seal all products with additional packaging it won't reoccur next time.	See Details Edit Remove

10/23/19		Slow processing	Slow processing, slow shipment to Texas, USA. When shipped, the print shipping label was tiny that my postal employees missed reading my zip code. Very unfortunate.	See Details Edit Remove

10/11/19		I paid immediately by wire transfer	I paid immediately by wire transfer, I emailed the receipt to the wire transfer to them and for two weeks the account kept saying payment was still being waited for. I went on their Chat repeatedly for weeks telling them this and I was told it takes time for the payment to go through the bank. First 3-5 days, then 5-8 Days, then I was told 8-12 days. My wife and I gave up communicating, it was ridiculous hearing the excuses for the delay. We guessed they were out of stock and instead of telling us, made up excuses instead while they wait for restock. A week after giving up communication an email said Dispensing. It was several more days for despatch, then two weeks for the delivery to arrive. We know now that we have to order 2 months in advance to get something because who knows how long it will take. 10/18/19		Not such a good experience this time around	I usually have rave reviews of reliablerx but my last transaction was a nightmare. my credit card issued in my bank in Jamaica doesn't work on their site and i have to use wire transfer whiich means i have to leave my business to go to the bank. (tedious) they also dont use paypal. my last wire transfer took 2 months to get to them and they waited the whole 2 months to ship off my items even though i provided proof of the transfer. my patients were left waiting for their medications. They need to use paypal so i dont have to leave my job to send them money...... this sucks	See Details Edit Remove
02/01/19		Always an issue with initial submission of order	Always an issue with payment submission. Website makes it appear that there is an error with submission of the order so you resubmit the order and then they charge you twice. No way to remove the duplicate order such as an edit feature yourself online. You have to call to get it removed after providing proof that duplicate charge is processing or has been charged to your account	See Details Edit Remove
