Order arrived on time and in good condition All my products arrived on time and in good condition. The website gives you the option whether or not to receive any phone calls from the company to confirm your order. There's also options for you to decide when/what time you want the company to call. I personally don't like to receive unexpected phone call due to my anxiety so I've selected not to receive call option. However, in the end I still received several phone calls from the company and they didn't follow the time schedule that I selected. I mean why the company even bother giving out those options? I found that sort of annoying and inconvenient for me. Other than that, I do like the product and the price. See Details Edit Remove

Good products and good delivery time Good products and good delivery time. My only complaint is that they require identity verification for each order - even from regular customers with a previous order history! I'm very tired of the phone calls asking dumb questions like where is your nearest post office or elementary school. I have no idea where the school is as I don't have children of school age. No credit card capability? I think the company and products are definitely a 5 star situation but the payment process leaves a lot to be desired. Having to do a bank transfer costs me more than the products that I am purchasing. They really do need to get a credit card payment system online See Details Edit Remove

I have done 5 refills of the same … I have done 5 refills of the same prescription with ReliableRX so far. The first 4 went off without a hitch, but the 5th refill has been a train wreck. A couple of days after I placed the refill order, I noticed it hadn't shipped yet, which is not typical. When I contacted customer service, I was told they had experienced a catastrophic server failure and could no longer process credit card payments, and was instructed I would have to pay by e-check for the foreseeable future. Needless to say, I was wary, but proceeded anyway. More than a week later, they finally shipped my order. By the time it gets here, I will likely be 3-4 days delayed on my dosing schedule. I'm more than slightly frustrated, and I'm currently researching other options. See Details Edit Remove

Dealing with Reliable RX Pharmacy is difficult at best. Dealing with Reliable RX Pharmacy is difficult at best. Between many, many out of stock items. a website chock full of malware and viruses, and un-intelligible English speakers calling to "verify security" by asking which hospital is nearest your home. I am waiting for a response to an email … I am waiting for a response to an email i sent as i have placed an order but made a mistake about payment. No response to my email and I have experienced this in the past as well. Phone calls are also not answered in a timely fashion and i end up calling and leaving another msg. So response is slow. I haven't received my order and it had … I haven't received my order and it had been over 2 1/2 weeks since shipped. It takes a long time to get orders so I have to plan ahead, yet, this time is taking extra time. I'm concerned now... See Details Edit Remove
