02/18/18		I paid with a credit card	I paid with a credit card, and the hassle associated with that nearly made me lose confidence in this company. However, their customer service reps were so kind and responsive that I didn't give up. Eventually, I recieved what I'd ordered, and was ultimately glad I did business with ReliableRx Pharmacy. 02/06/18		Easy purchase and fast delivery	Easy purchase and fast delivery. But the last 2 orders I placed, 1 offered free shipping which I didn't get and the other was 10% off purchase price. Didn't get that either. I called and was told they couldn't refund either and were not sure why I didn't get their offer as I did all requirements correctly. So right now they owe me $12 in shipping fees and $6 from their discount offer.	See Details Edit Remove
02/15/18		Frustrating initial payment process, but in the end worth it because I received genuine pharmaceutical products	Bottom-line, after a very frustrating initial ordering process, I did receive what I ordered, and the products appear to be genuine, and they work exactly like their counterparts in the United States. I am primarily referring to Tretinoin based products, which are literally over $100 per tube in the United States now! That is insanity. I am very satisfied with the products I ordered from Reliable Pharmacy. My only complaint is their initial ordering process. They encourage you to use an electronic check, which I did initially. After approximately 2-3 days I receive an email that my order has been canceled because my echeck wasn’t accepted. They give no reason why. Then I pay with a debit card. Then they call me, and ask me a bunch of questions (which in hindsight I realize was a good thing, but at this point we are at day 4 or 5). I just want my stuff I ordered! Lol. Keep in mind, if you are not available when they call, your order will be delayed further. I felt like I had completed a monumental task when they finally accepted my payment. Even though it is/was frustrating, it was so exciting to receive my order a couple weeks later, and feeling confident I received a genuine version of what I would have paid ten times or more for in the United States. I hate US pharmaceutical companies. They are greedy. This is an option that provides the exact same medication at a realistic price.	See Details Edit Remove

03/13/18		Great products at great price... slow customer service	Great products at great price. Only issue was a did a super big order and needed to discuss special pricing. Took over a month to get a hold of right people and get order out! They do always come through though... and always get their products. Top notch quality and packaging too!	See Details Edit Remove
02/03/18		Bcz i placed the order the first time …	Bcz i placed the order the first time it was not process for like a week. I emailed them and told me its an international order thats why it takes so long. So i called and stated i must wait. That first order was with a credit card. So i reordered with rounting number and it was process the next day. Had they give a call and tell me theu prefer checking over credit it would have made me think otherwise. 02/07/18		No problem with orders	No problem with orders, I ordered three different times amd recievrd them all. One of my packages got lost is Singapore but eventually got to me. Products are great nowhere will I will b able to buy for a better price.	See Details Edit Remove
