07/19/18		I normally would have given 5 stars…	I normally would have given 5 stars because for the most part I have enjoyed my customer relationship with Reliable over the past 7 years , however, my last shipment did not have a long enough expiration date. In doing more than one round and needing required time in between rounds on the protocol. This has only happened one other time a few years ago. I contacted them and I am hoping that they will make it right and provide me with additional in stock merchandise with a longer expiration than 7/8 months as was in my previous order. 07/29/18		Very happy with ReliableRXPharmacy	Very happy with ReliableRXPharmacy. Only one little bugbear is using my visa. Details put in for order. Then I received several phone messages saying couldn’t accept payment, then asked again to go to a different secure site and put details in again. I’m a repeat order so do think it should be a lot easier. Hopefully next time I won’t have this hassle. Then I would give five stars.	See Details Edit Remove

07/13/18		Name change on statement, and no sensitivity	I’m giving 4 stars because they should really let people know what name is going to be on the statement because it’s not Reliablerxpharmacy. My Visa card questioned it and blocked the transaction and I didn’t recognize the name so I thought someone hacked my card information. I’m still not sure if the Retino is real. I have used the .025 and the .05 and am not sensitive to either. I have never used a prescription Retin so not sure if this is the real deal yet. I will try and update after I have used for awhile. 07/21/18		my 3rd order.	This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered retin a from this company. The first 2 times were fine, no issues. ( it does take a couple weeks but they tell you that when u order ) This time, the product seemed different, very grainy texture and the tube was definitely not full. Seemed to have a large air pocket inside. Returning anything seems like a hassle. I emailed them and received a response that the next time I order they will replace it. Not sure that’s the best option but since the prices are so cheap I won’t complain.	See Details Edit Remove
