| 01/15/20 | Always a Great Experience | I've ordered at least a half dozen times now from Reliable Rx and have had nothing but a positive experience from them. Taking off one star because I don't like that they feel they need to call you (several times) to confirm your information. I would understand this if it were the first time ordering, but subsequent orders I feel should be handled differently. It must be company policy for them to make numerous phone calls to you prior to sending you your order. Other than that, I love their prices and their products. (The only thing that would make it even better was if when you make an online purchase and payment, you receive an instant email saying that the order is being processed. Just to reassure we have done everything correctly and it has been received. Just with it being an unusual payment process compared to standard online shopping).
