Review : Even during COVID! There was some kind of mix-up in the beginning about whether my payment went through. Customer service assured me it did. Then after 5 weeks without my order I called and asked if it was still coming and customer service assured me that it was. And it did arrive - COVID made it take longer, of course. So I'm super pleased with customer service and the products appear to be in good order. thanks!
