Lofatra 20 mg contains vardenafil, a member of the class of medications known as phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors. The class of drugs is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. ED is a condition that causes difficulties in getting or keeping an erection. Erection problems could be due to physical or psychological causes or a combination of both. Whatever the cause is, muscle and blood vessel changes, not enough blood flow to the reproductive organ to make it erect and keep it hard. At least one in ten men have trouble getting an erection.
You can take Lofatra 20 mg with or without food but preferably not after a high-fat meal as this may delay the effect of the medication. Take the pill about 25 to 60 minutes before you plan to have sex. With sexual stimulation, you may achieve an erection anywhere from 30 minutes up to four to five hours after taking medicine. Swallow the pill with water. Do not take the tablet with any other forms of vardenafil. Avoid taking nitrates while taking Lofatra 20 mg. Use it under the supervision of a doctor. If your doctor has told you not to have sexual activities due to heart problems, you should strictly follow the restrictions. Sexual activity can put a load on your heart, especially when your heart is already weak from heart disease or heart attacks. Let your doctor know if you have heart problems, stroke, liver impairment, kidney disorder, stomach ulcers, bleeding problems, hearing issues, etc. Â Â Â
Talk to your doctor before taking Valif 20 mg if you have heart trouble, as it may be risky for you to have sex. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from irregular heartbeat, a physical condition affecting the shape of a penis, priapism, stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, or using any other treatments for erection difficulties. This vardenafil formulation is not for use by children or adolescents under 18 years. Inform your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any medicine, as certain medications may cause a problem. These include Nitrates, medicines for HIV, prostate, irregular heartbeat, anti-fungal drugs, riociguat, and other ED medications. Caution is advised when a PDE5 inhibitor is co-administered with alpha-blockers. Concomitant use of Lofatra and vasodilators, two drug classes, can cause a significant drop in blood pressure. Most of the side effects of Lofatra 20 mg are mild or moderate. Users may experience a partial, sudden, temporary, or permanent decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes. If you develop any of these side effects, stop taking this vardenafil formulation
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, dizziness, blocked or runny nose. Rarely a user may experience sleepiness, breathlessness, ringing in ears, fast heartbeat, Effects on vision, swollen face, lips, or throat.
