Ciplar LA 20mg is a prescription medicine to prevent chest pain and improve the survival of a heart attack. The medicine reduces blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and heart rate. Ciplar is given for various cardiovascular conditions like hypertension, angina pectoris, tremors, and arrhythmias.  The active ingredient of Ciplar LA 20 is Propranolol, a beta-adrenergic receptor blocker widely used as an antihypertensive medicine to treat various health concerns. Propranolol works by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors, primarily in the heart, which reduces the effects of adrenaline.
